Job Overview:
We are in search of an Inbound Sales Development Representative for our Manta Sales team. This position will be based out of Lehi, Utah and is responsible for our inbound sales development. The ideal person for this position should have experience in the sales field and is comfortable with making outbound phone calls.

We are looking for a Utah-based candidate and will not be considering candidates who are not currently living in Utah or planning on relocating soon.

Compensation: $21.64/hour + commission.

Schedule: Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm MST.
Work-from-home days: Monday, Thursday, and Friday.
In-office days: Tuesday and Wednesday.
Regular and predictive attendance is required.

A Day in the Life:

• Calling prospective leads and qualifying which leads to pursue - You will make ~120 calls per day.
• Starting the conversation with prospective leads by walking clients through the early stages of the sale.
• Moving leads through the pipeline onto the next step in the sales process.
• Setting up sales qualified appointments.
• Understanding our company's service in order to communicate it effectively.
• Building relationships with prospective clients.
• Gathering relevant information about each client.
• Providing prospective clients with further knowledge about the products and services we offer to build value and benefit to their business.

What it Takes to Succeed:

• 1+ years of experience with over-the-phone sales.
• Experience with door-to-door sales or cold calling.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Ability to take direction.
• Ability to meet quotas and overcome objections and roadblocks.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks.
• A passion for sales.
• Grit and a winning-focused attitude.
• Ability to be coached and to accept and act on feedback.
